The brief for resident designer, Josh Mussle, when creating ‘Hoops & Hoes’ (an entirely new range to the Wheel Whores brand) was simple; use a bunch of cult wheels in a gird formation with Andy Warhol and Pop Art in mind. The result, however, is anything but simple!
