The recce car kit bundles a windscreen suction mount with a custom G-Series wiring loom pre-wired with a cigarette lighter power adaptor and handheld reset switch. When combined with the G-Series’ GPS capabilities, the kit makes temporary installation of a rally computer into any vehicle fast and hassle free. This is ideal for rented or borrowed reconnaissance vehicles where finding a speed signal for a traditional trip meter is not possible.

All kits include the following components:

• Wiring harness:  Includes choice of power source and choice of control wiring (see variants below)

This wiring option includes a basic 1 button remote pre-wired into the harness along with the 12V power adapter.  (Same wiring style as pre-2024 recce kits.)

New for 2024, this kit’s wiring loom has a plug that allows for any one of the 3 Monit remotes to be plugged in.  Perfect for use on recce as well as regularity, TSD and old-timer rally events. This plug-in solution allows the user to fit the best Monit remote of their choice for the occasion.
